New developers are being attracted to the Ward F corner of Jersey City, since the opening of Berry Lane Park this past June. Plans are underway for a new mixed-use development at 975 Garfield Avenue. in Bergen-Lafayette. The 17-acre facility is slated to be five stories tall, including 99 residential units, 1,172 square feet of amenities space, retail and commercial space on the ground floor, and 50 parking spaces.
