As a Jersey City native, and son of a prominent broker in Downtown Jersey City, I’ve grown up immersed in real estate development and sales. My initial experiences in real estate involved marketing, event coordinating, and project coordinating. Since getting my license in 2014 I’ve developed a keen aptitude of Real Estate in Hudson County, focusing on Jersey City and Hoboken. I pride myself on my genuine belief that real estate is about serving you clients best interest, and my devotion and customer service have led to an exponentially increasing network of clients and referrals.
Dimas Rivera is a natural born salesman, having been active in sales for over eighteen years. Before entering the field of real estate, Rivera oversaw Inside Sales teams for technology startups. His desire to make connections with his clients pulled him to transition into real estate. Dimas’s passion for helping people during the purchase of their dream homes is fueled by his belief in the importance of interacting and engaging with people. With an outgoing personality, unmatched interpersonal skills and stellar negotiation technique, this rising top producer is well-equipped to help prospective clients buy and sell their homes and businesses. His current standing as a bi-lingual North Bergen resident has furthered his grasp of the market in that area, but has not at all compromised his knowledge of Downtown Jersey City, Greenville, Bergen-Lafayette and The Heights. Dimas is also a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast and triathlon participant.
Amanda is a resident of Jersey City and actively participates in the community. She is a member of both the West Side Neighborhood Association and the Gay Pride Committee. Walks to the local farmers market and Lincoln Park with her four year old daughter and husband are among the many things she enjoys being able to do in this flourishing city.
As a recording artist for 20 years and a self proclaimed Global Citizen, Amanda has traveled the world preforming at parties and festivals. She also owned a coffee shop in Brazil. Aside from exploring the city, she enjoys cooking for friends and family, yoga and kick boxing.

Priscila is head of marketing for Hudson Gold and was the administrator of the team for three years. It was during this time, working for top producing broker Nader Rezai, that she gained much needed behind the scenes knowledge about the ins and outs of the real estate industry. This, combined with her B. A. in psychology and minor in Media Arts gives Priscila an edge over other agents. She brings her psychology background to her real estate practice with expert listening and comprehension skills. Priscila understands the importance of communication when dealing with clients who are embarking on the exciting and sometimes intimidating journey of home buying/selling.
